Background
Glen Reid Graham has resided in Texas since 1980. He moved to Texas from Omaha, Nebraska where he served in the United States Air Force from 1976 to 1980, as an Air Force Historian. Mr. Graham moved to Houston to attend graduate school at the University of Houston
Professional Experience
In 1981 Mr. Graham entered the real estate field as a residential and commercial real estate agent. In August of 1983, he joined a national relocation company where he reviewed appraisals, negotiated contracts, and acquired residential properties for sale. In February of 1985, Mr. Graham joined J. Wyatt and Associates, Inc. as a staff appraiser. He opened his own company, Glen Graham & Associates, Inc., in October 1989. His appraisals have covered all levels of value up to $7,000,000 and have included detached single family residences, townhouses, condominiums, warehouses, strip centers, apartment buildings, and vacant land. He has completed residential appraisals for new home loans, and refinancing, relocation appraisals, condemnation proceedings, tax protests, new construction, and for other purposes. Mr. Graham has testified as an expert witness in cases involving homeowner disputes with builders, lenders and prior owners, disputes between corporations (U.S. Homes vs. Epic Homes) and in divorce proceedings. Mr. Graham has also completed field reviews and property inspections for REO and Fraud related cases for IndyMac Bank, FNMA and others in Texas. He has completed desk reviews on a nationwide basis as well. In October 2005, Mr. Graham brought long time employee Larry Davis into the business as a partner and changed the company name to West U Appraisers. They have since expanded their coverage area from Houston to include San Antonio to San Marcos, Texas.
