Larry Davis

Background

Larry Davis was born in Galveston, Texas and grew up in Galveston County. He has resided in Houston since 1982. He attended Texas State University (formerly known as Southwest Texas State University) and graduated with a BS degree 1976. Prior to moving to Houston he worked in the oilfield supply business in Beaumont and south Louisiana.

Professional Experience

Mr. Davis began doing residential appraisal work in 1983 with J. Wyatt and Associates as a staff appraiser. The firm specialized in relocation appraisals and was extremely active during the economic downturn Houston experienced in the mid-1980s. In 1990, Mr. Davis began working with Glen Graham & Associates. Over the years, Mr. Davis has taken on a wide variety of residential appraisal assignments, including new and refinance mortgage, relocation, interim construction, foreclosure, and divorce appraisals, as well as performing impartial, third party appraisals for individuals; and for Realtors wanting to provide value-enhanced services to their clients.

In 2006, West U Appraisers was formed. Mr. Davis and Glen Reid Graham are partners in the firm and continue to offer superior service and quality appraisals to their clientele, many of which have been customers for several years.
